Every year, Congress votes to approve Pentagon spending through the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and the Appropriations process. Did you know that a study out from the Congressional Management Foundation found that direct interactions from constituents-- including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings-- have more influence than any other advocacy strategies?
